As you will be aware, from Boxing Day, Edinburgh will be placed into Tier 4 meaning our stores will close.
During the lockdown, our team will still be operating from our stores, Monday to Friday, 12pm-3pm, for packing our online orders and Click & Collect. DHL anticipate minimal disruptions to our regular next-day delivery so rest assured all orders will continue to arrive within our regular timescales (click here to read our full delivery policy).
Items purchased between 24th November and 24th December have until Monday 11th January 2021 to be returned. Online orders are applicable for a refund if purchased within 14 days of the return. All other purchases will receive an exchange or gift card. Items purchased after the 24th December will revert back to our regular returns policy which can be found by clicking here.
Returns can be done in-person within the times above, or posted. If possible, please email us on email@example.com so we can expect the return.
For those who have received Gift Vouchers and wish to use online, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall issue you a code for the full value to be used at checkout.
