DELIVERY AND WEB ORDER RETURNS  

DELIVERY

UK
Orders will be delivered by DHL.

All orders placed before 12 noon (GMT) Monday to Friday will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday will be sent out on the following Monday. 

You will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. All orders must be signed for at the appropriate delivery address, and if DHL are unable to obtain this then your parcel will be returned to your nearest DHL depot with a card advising you of the option to arrange another delivery date or for you to collect at your convenience. Please note, if you redirect once out for delivery it will add an extra day to the service as the parcel will need to go back to the depot to be relabelled.  

We have two delivery options:-

  • Standard - 1 to 3 working days for £4.95 (free on all orders over £100)
  • Next-Day Delivery - arrives next working day for £5.95
  • Saturday Delivery - when ordering on a Friday (before noon), will arrive on Saturday for £9

Orders must be in by 12 noon

Please note Bank Holidays will delay deliveries.

 

International Delivery

EU
Delivery to countries within the EU takes approx 4-7 days. 

All orders placed before 12 noon (GMT) Monday to Thursday will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Thursday will be sent out Friday for delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday will be sent out on the following Monday for delivery.

You will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. All orders must be signed for at the appropriate delivery address, and if DHL are unable to obtain this then your parcel will be returned to your nearest DHL depot with a card advising you of the option to arrange another delivery date or for you to collect at your convenience.

IMPORTANT: UK VAT (20%) is automatically excluded on all non-UK orders at checkout. Note - there will most likely be additional taxes and duties charged that are not included in our prices when shipping to countries within the EU. Due to being out with our control, these amounts are the sole responsibility of the customer. If in doubt, please check with your local authority so you are aware of the additional amount you will be charged when the order arrives in your country. If purchases are returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, any fees outstanding will be deducted from any refund due, together with any initial shipping charges. Finally, if you wish to return an item you must clearly state ‘RETURNS’ within our address to eliminate any additional customs charges. Any additional fees will be deducted from any refund due.

 

UNITED STATES
VAT will automatically be excluded on US sales at checkout.

Delivery to the United States takes approx 5-7 days. 

All orders placed before 12 noon (GMT) Monday to Thursday will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Thursday will be sent out Friday for delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday will be sent out on the following Monday for delivery.

There may be additional incoming taxes and duties that are not included when shipping overseas. Due to being out with our control, these amounts are the sole responsibility of the customer. If purchases are returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, any fees outstanding will be deducted from any refund due, together with any initial shipping charges. Finally, if you wish to return an item you must clearly state ‘RETURNS’ within our address to eliminate any additional customs charges. Any additional fees will be deducted from any refund due.


REST OF WORLD
VAT will automatically be excluded at checkout.

Delivery to takes approx 5-7 days assuming no delays at customs. 

All orders placed before 12 noon (GMT) Monday to Thursday will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Thursday will be sent out Friday for delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday will be sent out on the following Monday for delivery.

Charges

  • UK orders over £100 will be sent FREE 1-3 Working Day Delivery (unless Next Day Delivery has been selected) 
  • UK orders under £100 will be sent 1-3 Working Day Delivery for £4.95
  • UK orders who have selected Next Working Day Delivery will be sent Next Working Day Delivery for £5.95
  • UK orders who have selected Saturday Delivery when ordering on a Friday (before noon), will arrive on Saturday for £9
  • Orders sent to EU countries will be sent in 4-7 days for £14.95
  • Orders sent to the United States will be sent in 5-7 days for £29.95
  • Orders sent to the Rest of the World will be sent in 5-7 days for £29.95

LIMITED TIME OFFER - all overseas orders will be offered FREE delivery on orders £500+.

Please note, if items are returned the cost of the outward shipping will be deducted from the refund.

NOTE: VAT WILL BE EXCLUDED AT CHECKOUT WHEN DELIVERING TO ALL NON-UK COUNTRIES.

 

RETURNS 
If for any reason you are not happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days from dispatch. Returned goods will be either exchanged or refunded. Goods received after this point will not be accepted.

Returned goods must be in their original condition with all garment tickets and tags attached, unworn and unwashed and capable of re-sale. In the case of footwear please ensure the box is included and undamaged as this part of the product, and any damage may result in the return being refused. We do not refund any original shipping cost. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


Returns Procedure
Please email us at info@frontiers-woman.com in the first instance to advise of your intention to return goods. If you do not have one we will email you a Returns Form to complete and enclose with the returned goods.

You are responsible for arranging and the costs of return shipping. Please ensure that all returns are sent with a trackable and insured service, and that the returned items are well and securely packaged, as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items in transit.

If returning from out with the UK please clearly mark the package “Returned Goods” to avoid custom charges. We will not be responsible for any return custom charges levied.

Trade Description
We have made all efforts to ensure that photography, descriptions and details are correct and accurate. However slight differences may occur in colour and texture. All measurements are approximate. We will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given.


Stock Availability
We will always endeavour to fulfil your order once completed and paid for. In the unlikely event that a product should become unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund the price you paid for the product, including any postage within 30 days following the date of payment.

 

STORE RETURNS
Returned items will receive an exchange or gift voucher valid for 12 months from the date of return. Proof of purchase is essential.

Full priced items must be returned within 14 days. Sale items must be returned within 10 days. Items received after this time will not be accepted.

Item must be returned in the original condition including all packaging, tags etc. Shoes must be returned in the shoe box in which they arrived.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
